The Sunday Currently | Volume 28

Oh. Hi there! I know I’m missing a lot on the blogosphere. As much as I would want to stay here a little longer, it’s getting late already and tomorrow’s…*drum rolls… Monday! Hooooray! Haha. Who am I to fool? Anyway, I’m all set for tomorrow’s class so I might as well share some thoughts and come up with this week’s Sunday Currently post.

Explaining: The featured picture.I was supposed to post a picture as I trying my new lappy. But I think it’s inappropriate. So there goes my face. Hihi. Anyway, I needed a new one because I need to work a lot on my thesis. The old one I had was able to serve me for amazing six years. Ommo! It served me so much that its battery already gave up and can’t function without being plugged in.

I hope my writing will be more intensified with this new fellow.

Frustrated: Yes. I wasn’t able to check that the installed MS Office was not yet activated by the store in which I buy my new fellow. (I think I should give it a name rather than calling it new fellow. Hehe. Any suggestions?) Ugh. I will ask our IT coordinator for help tomorrow. Geez.

Feeling: Hyper with a chance of meatballs…er…emptiness. I can’t explain. If you have been reading my blog for some time now, you might say I’m always like this. Yeah. You’re right.

Physically, I’m tired. I and my little brother who’s taller than me, had walked a lot looking for a new laptop. I need to rest my feet indeed.

Reading: I should start re-reading Antoine de Saint-Exupery’s The Little Prince. I can’t decide if I should choose this for my thesis or that of John Green’s The Fault in Our Stars.

Remembering: What should I remember? I’m forgetting a lot. Haha!

PlayingAll We Know by The Chainsmokers. I was playing it on the guitar but my brother said I have the wrong strumming. But it sounded good to me. Haha.

Looking: Still looking for more reference materials for my thesis. It’s about Deconstruction Theory, a form of Literary Criticism. Please, help!

Thinking: Of my class tomorrow. Due to the shifting to accommodate senior high schools, our class for the Junior high is only from 7:15-12:30. Sounds good since we only have the morning to stress about. But when I say stress, it is doubled because we need to rush and pour a one-hour lesson into 40 minutes.

Thinking Again: Of hopeful thoughts.

Appreciating: My oh-so-white new fellow.

Craving: Baguio. The fog. *no pun intended.

Wishing: That our thesis proposal be done last week of this month or hopefully first week of October.

Missing: None.

Thanking: God for all the blessings I received this week.

Daydreaming: Of having some good things ahead. I want to be optimistic. Negative thoughts, please go away!

Loving: Life. No explanations needed.

By the way, thank you for all those who had followed the blog, 275 people to be exact. Two hundred seventy-five and counting. Feel free to share your thoughts. And thank you for being around. It means a lot.

Until next Sunday.
