The Sunday Currently | Volume 32

Hi! I’m back. There’s a lot of things to do but as usual I’m procrastinating again. And I miss blogging so much that I want to post a Sunday Currently today. Also, I have a lot to share since many things are happening lately. Let’s better start…

Explaining: The featured picture. Succulents. Plants. This is my greatest attempt to have my green thumb back! Not that it went somewhere or whatever but it feels like the last time I planted was when I was a kid. I used to plant tiny plants on any can or container I could find in our backyard. There were plenty of them. It was a beautiful collection as far as I can remember; however, we had no camera to capture those plants back then.
Yep, planting was one of my hobbies when I was a kid. Not so usual right? But not weird neither. Hehe.

So going back…this afternoon, I decided to transfer these plants which I purchased for P50 each. Tell me it’s a good deal. πŸ˜πŸ˜‚

I picked destroyed or cracked mugs from the kitchen and this is the result:

Also, these would be one of my gifts for myself since I’ll be turning 25 this Thursday. And I want more living things inside my room… I’ll be getting one inside later. ☺️

Frustrated: Maybe? It’s because I’m too unproductive with my thesis. But I don’t want to give up. I want to graduate with my MA this year. So help me God.

Feeling: Giddy and excited! As I had said, this 22 I’ll be turning 25. But I’m not much excited about that. I’m more excited on our trip this coming 23, Friday. I and my best friend will take a leave and we will go somewhere beachy. Hehe. I’ll be posting about it soooooon! *I’m so excited! i just can’t hide it!!! πŸ˜…

Craving: None at the moment. 😁

Reading: I’m done rereading John Green’s The Fault in Our Stars which is the book I’m focusing on for my thesis. I bet it’s about time to be more serious doing the analysis part since I badly want to graduate this year.

Playing: French Songs by Jonathan Joyce. I discovered her songs accidentally when I was looking for acoustic/ pop songs. Yep. I’m trying to learn French this year. The pronunciation part is difficult and confusing. That’s why I decided to download songs to have a better grasp of how to pronounce the words. Aside from Joyce’s songs, I also downloaded French version of English songs like Ed Sheeran’s Perfect. So far, so good. Hopefully. πŸ˜‹

Looking: For my OOTD for our trip this week. I’m waiting for the parcel which is expected to arrived tomorrow. I wish they would fit me well. Hihi

Thinking: Of things to love about this world. I’m trying to be more grateful about life. ClichΓ© as it nay sounds, but I want to start counting my blessings and be contented about life.

Thinking Again: Of my mindless spending which I should definitely fix as soon as possible. I want to spend my money wisely…or better yet, I want to save wisely. So help me God. (again)

Appreciating: Life. (No explanation needed.)

Remembering: This week’s highlight was the Junior Senior Prom we had at school. Of course, I’m a teacher and the event was not for us…but still we dressed to fit in. Because why not?πŸ˜…

Another event was yesterday when we had the Grand Alumni Homecoming at my high school alma mater. I met my batchmates after a long time… Here’s a pic during the motorcade:

with my high school besties!

After the event we went to the beach just to relax:
It was surprisingly a good day!

Wishing: That I can spend time with him in my special day… Or something like that.

Missing: How it feels to be with my ❀️.

Thanking: God for the blessings my family received this week and for taking care of us. Always.

Daydreaming: Of places to travel to… World, wait for me… I’ll reach you once step at a time. πŸ˜‰

Loving: I don’t know. But I’m not sad. Just…just… existing…and excited. πŸ˜…

By the way, thank you for all those who had followed the blog, 323 people to be exact. Three hundred twenty-three and counting. Feel free to share your thoughts. And thank you for being around. It means a lot.

Until next Sunday. πŸ˜‰
